The influence of reverse osmosis membrane technology on seawater desalination

Seawater desalination, also known as seawater desalination, is the technology and process of obtaining fresh water from seawater. The purpose of desalination can be achieved by removing fresh water from seawater or removing salt in seawater. Reverse osmosis has the advantage of reducing the capital cost and energy cost of seawater desalination.

Standard solution: The water treatment system adopts advanced water treatment processes such as two-stage filtration, two-stage reverse osmosis, BWRO+ alkali deboronization process, post-mineralization, and is equipped with an energy recovery system and a pure water filling line to filter out particles in the water. Impurities, bacteria, harmful ions and other substances can achieve seawater desalination, and the effluent can be directly consumed. At the same time, a distributed control system (DCS) is used.

EPC Engineering Standards: The content of the project includes the construction of desalination plants, equipment procurement, installation and commissioning, as well as the operation and maintenance of desalination plants. UltraClean has trained more than 40 commissioned technicians and provided preliminary spare parts and consumables.

Technical advantages: high degree of automation, independent operation, easy operation; high deboronization efficiency; high energy recovery rate and low energy consumption; stable effluent quality and high effluent quality; raw materials are resistant to high salt and high corrosion, and the equipment has high seismic resistance.

Benefit analysis: Analysis of the production water cost of the standard seawater desalination system: the cost of chemicals (flocculants, fungicides, scale inhibitors, reducing agents, etc.) is 0.35 yuan/t, (electricity cost pumps and other power equipment) is 2.35 yuan/t t, labor and management costs are 0.5 yuan/t, and the total operating cost is 3.2 yuan/t.
