The terms are as follows:
I. Guarantee of manufacturing technology and materials
Dingche Membrane Technology guarantees that the components it manufactures and sells are in good condition in terms of manufacturing process and materials.In the buyer on the basis of the tripod gwon-chul membrane technology to provide proper use and maintenance of technical documents under the condition of membrane element, such as manufacturing process and material aspects of the quality problems, ding gwon-chul membrane technology for product to reach the place as designated by the buyer or the port within 12 months of warranty obligations, ding gwon-chul membrane technology in accordance with the terms and conditions, inspection found that there are defects, is decided by ding gwon-chul membrane technology for free repair or replacement.
Second, performance guarantee
1. According to the test conditions specified in the product sample, the new membrane product has the initial performance specified in the product sample.
2. Dingche Membrane Technology will provide a three-year guarantee period for the performance of the membrane element. The three-year period will be calculated from the date the reverse osmosis membrane element is put into use or the full six months after the membrane element is shipped or shipped (whichever is the former), during which Dingche Membrane Technology will provide the following guarantees:
2.1 Performance within the three-year limited warranty period
2.1.1 When using or testing under the standard test conditions specified in the product manual of DingChe Membrane Technology, the salt transmittance shall not exceed 2 times of the minimum value specified in the product manual under the pressure condition of reaching the initial average water production.
2.1.2 The average water yield shall not be less than 70% of the minimum value specified in the product manual when used or tested under the test conditions specified in the product manual of Ding Che Mask Technology.
2.2 Initial performance:
2.2.1 The minimum water yield and desalination rate of the membrane element guaranteed by DingChe Mask Technology are listed in the product manual. These parameters are obtained under the standard test conditions specified by DingChe Mask Technology.If the test data of the membrane component does not reach the specified minimum value, Dingche Membrane Technology will repair the membrane component or refund the purchase cost of the defective component after confirming the performance defect.
2.2.2 Ding CHE Mask Technology will not perform the above three-year limited warranty obligations if any of the following conditions are not met: feed water turbidity of the membrane element ≤1.0NTU, SDI15≤5(15min, 30psi), feed water temperature ≤45℃;The water supplied to the membrane element should not contain harmful substances that may cause physical and chemical damage to the membrane element.Before installation or use, the membrane elements should be stored in the original vacuum packaging bag, storage place should not have direct sunlight, the storage temperature of unused dry membrane elements should be less than 45℃, the storage temperature of wet membrane elements should be 0℃ ~ 45℃;When the temperature is low and the reverse osmosis system is out of service, the membrane elements in the system should be avoided from freezing.During normal operation, the pH value of membrane element feed water should be within the range of 3 ~ 10(subject to the pH value range specified in the latest product manual).During short-term chemical cleaning, the feed water pH of the membrane element is within the range of 2 to 12(based on the pH range specified in the latest product manual);The water supplied by the membrane element shall not contain oxidizing substances such as chlorine, potassium permanganate and hypochlorite (Note: for this clause, the HOR anti-oxidation membrane element shall be subject to the water supply requirements of the anti-oxidation membrane element);Under no circumstances shall the back pressure on the membrane element exceed 5 psi, and the water hammer impact on the membrane element shall be avoided during system operation;When the system performance drops 10% under standard conditions, or membrane fouling or fouling occurs, the system should be cleaned in time according to the prescribed procedures;The membrane assembly arrangement, instrument configuration, recovery rate and other system composition and design parameters should be consistent with reasonable engineering design.Ding Che Membrane Technology shall not assume any responsibility for the membrane element damage caused by improper operation of the buyer during the installation process;Seller is responsible for providing users with reasonable system operation and maintenance manuals, and providing corresponding training to operators and management personnel to ensure that users have the ability to clean the system and other system performance recovery and fault diagnosis;Users must regularly and systematically record the standardized performance data of the entire system and subsystems to ensure that the data are true, complete and continuous, and file the data for future reference.This information will be the basis for the performance guarantee of Deche Mask Technology when claiming compensation in accordance with the warranty terms.
III. Technical standards
1. The complete and effective pretreatment, the arrangement of membrane components, the setting of instruments, the design standards of equipment and accessories shall comply with the reverse osmosis membrane design guidelines and relevant technical standards of Dingche Membrane Technology. Dingche Membrane Technology has the right to check whether the design conforms to the design guidelines and relevant technical standards.
2. The reverse osmosis system shall be equipped with appropriate devices and protective measures to prevent the generation of microorganisms and other pollution during operation and shutdown.
Four, cleaning conditions
1. For the recommended design range, please refer to the latest version of the technical manual and design guide of Dingche Membrane Technology, or consult with the membrane technical experts.If the user does not strictly follow the operating conditions provided in this sample, Ding Che Mask Technology will not be liable for any consequences arising therefrom.
2. The storage of membrane elements should comply with the provisions in the product manual. Dry membrane elements should always be kept wet after they are wet.The wet membrane element is stored with 1.0% sodium bisulfite protector (10% glycerol antifreeze in winter) prepared with RO water and food-grade sodium bisulfite, and then packaged in vacuum.To prevent microbial growth during short-term storage, transportation, and system standby, it is recommended to soak elements in a protective solution (prepared with RO produced water) containing 1.0% sodium bisulfite (food grade).
3. The RO produced water and concentrated water in the first hour of operation should be discharged.It is forbidden to add any chemical agent that may affect the membrane element during storage and operation. If such chemical agent is used in violation of this kind of chemical agent, Ding Che Membrane Technology will not bear all the consequences arising therefrom.
4. For the initial flushing of membrane components, it is recommended to first use qualified pre-treated water for low-pressure flushing for 15-25 minutes (it is not advisable to soak or soak overnight), and then high-pressure flushing for 60-90 minutes (the water yield shall not be less than 50% of the designed water yield of the system).Scale inhibitor is not allowed to be added during low pressure flushing. Scale inhibitor is added during high pressure flushing. The middle water and concentrated water should be discharged during flushing.
V. Warranty Statement
1. Any failure or refusal to fully provide Dingche Membrane Technology with the use and operation parameters of the membrane products will void any warranty other than the material and manufacturing warranty.

VI. Repair and return procedures for membrane components
1. Repair procedure of membrane element:

2. If the customer sends the membrane component back to Dingche Membrane Technology, the following methods are required:
2.1 The customer shall fill in the registration form for repair and replacement of membrane components and return it to the regional sales manager of DingChe Membrane Technology by E-mail or fax. After being confirmed by the regional sales manager, the customer shall be notified by fax to return the membrane components.
2.2 When returning the membrane element, the customer shall provide: membrane element model, serial number and purchase contract number;Detailed product fault description;All data reflecting the performance of the membrane element, such as desalination rate, temperature, pressure, salt concentration of water supply, product water flow rate, etc.;
3. Packaging and transportation:
3.1 Before transportation, the customer shall protect and store the membrane components of different models according to the provisions in the technical bulletin of Dingche Membrane Technology.
3.2 During transportation, the membrane components should be put into sealed plastic bags and placed in cartons to avoid mechanical damage. At the same time, moisture-proof and sun protection should be done well.
3.3 The customer shall send the membrane components as soon as possible after receiving the repair notice from Dingche Membrane Technology, in order to avoid the performance change of the membrane components caused by the long storage time.
4. Test Procedure:
4.1 If it is necessary to conduct destructive experiments for technical testing of returned membrane components, the regional sales manager of Deche Mask Technology will contact the customer and conduct destructive experiments after obtaining the authorization of the customer.
4.2 For the membrane components within the warranty period, if the test results prove that the problems of the membrane components are not caused by membrane materials or the production process, the customer will bear all the testing costs by himself, and can not get the compensation from Dingche Membrane Technology.Deche Membrane Technology will process the membrane components according to the customer’s instructions or send them back to the customer for payment.
4.3 If the test results prove that the membrane components do have defects in materials and production process, Dingche Membrane Technology will bear the test costs, and the customer can get the membrane components that meet the technical standards compensated by the company.
4.4 For membrane components beyond the warranty period, the customer shall bear all the costs of testing and replacing membrane components.
5, bylaw
5.1 If DingChe Membrane Technology does not receive the membrane components within the specified time, the company will notify the customer of the end of the repair procedure within 30 days after the customer receives the membrane components repair and replacement registration form signed by the regional sales manager.
5.2 In case of any of the following circumstances, the quality guarantee will be invalid: there is no Dingche Membrane Technology product series number on the membrane element;It can be seen that the membrane element is obviously polluted by water in the process of use.Mechanical damage caused by the use of membrane elements can be seen.Damages of membrane elements caused by improper storage and transportation;Without obtaining the license of Dingche Membrane Technology, the membrane element was modified without authorization.
